Alan has been licensed in Real Estate since 1984. He is also a licensed builder and President of Lee Kitson Homes, a Premier Home Builder in the Greater Grand Rapids Area since 1971.

Alan has been a long time member of the Grand Rapids Real Estate Board and the Greater Grand Rapids Home Builder Association. He has attained the CSP designation as a New Home Sales Specialist and served as President of the Home and Building Association’s Sales and Marketing Council. With over 20 years in the real estate business, Alan is uniquely qualified to help in your vacant land purchases and in your remodeling and Custom Home Construction projects, with an emphasis on Green Building.

Terry Niles first became licensed to sell real estate in 1980. In addition to becoming a Broker, he has received the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. He has taken several Commercial Real Estate classes, including Section 1030 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Land Subdivision Law. He is also an Online Auction Specialist.
